Constanze Ackermann
Constanze Ackermann hat Urbanistik an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar und Universidad de Buenos Aires studiert. Seit 2020 arbeitet sie sowohl als Stadtforscherin als auch im Bereich der co-kreativen Partizipationsprozesse und Moderation bei urbanista. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt in der urbanistischen Zukunftsforschung und im Stakeholdermanagement, z.B. im Forschungsprojekt „Stadt von Übermorgen” oder in der Begleitung der Kommunen des Hessischen Förderprogramms „Zukunft Innenstadt”. In Beruf und Freizeit setzt sie sich mit der Gestaltung urbaner Transformation auf räumlicher, sozialer, ökonomischer und ökologischer Ebene auseinander.

Björge Köhler
Björge Köhler studied architecture in Hamburg and Oslo. Since 2019, he has been supporting urbanista as an urban developer and urban researcher in shaping urban futures. His focus is on co-creative urban development processes and inner city development, among others. In addition to his profession, Björge brings urban futures into implementation with the Gröninger Hof cooperative which uses innovative practices to transform an existing parking garage into a living and working house of the future. He also co-founded the Altstadtküste initiative, which explores and transforms street and water spaces in the heart of Hamburg and aims to make them more sustainable in the long term.
Sven Kohlschmidt
Sven studied spatial planning at the Technical University of Dortmund. Since 2018 he supports urbanista in the field of co-creative urban design. His focus lies in the creation of urban visions of the future as well as research on digital platforms as a contribution to participatory urban development. In addition to his work at urbanista, Sven is co-founder of the freelance collective Simeri Laboratorio Urbano and works on placemaking strategies for rural revitalization in Southern Italy.
Tristan Lannuzel
Tristan Lannuzel studied architecture in Lyon and Hanover until 2002, focusing on urban projects. After several years of experience in architectural offices and at the University of Kassel, he has been a partner and shareholder of urbanista since the beginning of 2016. His focus is on urban development concepts (e.g. " Kölner Perspektiven 2030"), large-scale development concepts (e.g. "Agglomeration Concept Cologne-Bonn"), large-scale future image and participation processes and research projects ("Stadt von Übermorgen" on behalf of the BBSR or the "Bauforum 2019 | Magistralen" in Hamburg).
Sven Lohmeyer
Sven Lohmeyer is a specialist for co-creative urban development at urbanista in Hamburg. His focus includes development concepts and visions for the city of the future, strategic process consulting and the development of playful workshop and participation methods. During his many years at urbanista, he has been involved in various projects, either in a leading role or as project manager - such as the future concept for Offenbach's inner city or, at the moment, the Kiel 2042 project.
Julian Petrin
Julian Petrin berät mit seinem Büro urbanista Kommunen, Unternehmen und urbane Institutionen in Veränderungsprozessen von Stadt. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit sind Co-Kreation, strategische Entwicklungskonzepte und Visionsprozesse. Julian ist Gründer des partizipativen Stadtlabors Nexthamburg und Co-Gründer der Urban Change Academy.
Doris Sibum
Doris Sibum is a futurologist and trained business coach. With her diverse and field-tested methodological knowledge, she has specialized in urban foresight and the future of work with her brand "Futur A" since 2016. In her long-term oriented scenario projects and trend analyses, she primarily focuses on the city of the future. Doris is co-founder of the Urban Change Academy and is involved as shareholder and chair of the supervisory board of the IZT - Institute for Futures Studies and Technology Assessment gGmbH in Berlin. Even before becoming self-employed, Doris worked as a researcher in the field of futurology: First with a focus on politics and administration and then on business, most recently for six years as Vice President at Deutsche Post DHL Group with responsibility for the Group's entire national and international market research.
